Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Systems, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in IT Security Operations, Endpoint Security, Security Administration, or related roles.
Experience working with customers and preparing operational or security reports.
Strong knowledge of Endpoint Security technologies, including:
Antivirus / Endpoint Protection
EDR (Endpoint Detection & Response)
Disk Encryption
Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
Device Control
Patch Management
Experience administering endpoint security solutions such as Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, CrowdStrike, Symantec, Trend Micro, McAfee, Sophos, or equivalent platforms.
Good understanding of Windows endpoint administration and troubleshooting.
